Twitter's Meager Architecture?

Michael Arrington of TechCrunch demands answers to some tough questions from Twitter. He potentially exposes Twitter's architecture implying that Twitter may be running on a grand total of three MySQL machines.

“Do you really have a grand total of three physical database machines that are POWERING ALL OF TWITTER?”
For those out of the loop, Twitter has lately been experiencing some serious disruptions in service.
