Java RESTful Web Services with Restlet and IDEA

I recently started using IntelliJ IDEA. To get familiar with the interface, I decided to create a Hello World REST web service with Restlet. For those unfamiliar with Restlet, it is a lightweight REST framework that allows you to quickly and easily create web services using Java.
