June 15th, Death Anniversary, New Job and Father's day
This June 15th was the 11th death anniversary of my dad. Every father's day I get sad as it comes just after my dad's anniversary. May Allah bless his soul and may he rest in peace.
This June 15th also marks the day I started my new job as the DBA for a NY based company. For quite some time now I have been trying to specialize in just one field and my new job will let me do just that. So far I have just worked two days there but things are already looking very interesting. I am very excited to start working with a great team of people who are passionate about their work.
Today (June 17th) I spent most of the day searching for an apartment so I can get my lovely wife with me here. It sucks to be away from her.
From now on, I will be doing the best possible attempt to regularly maintain this blog.
And oh yes, Happy Father's day to all of you.
